Header 1
Used sparingly for major content changes. It's got the most padding above and below its neighboring elements.

Used often to break up different content sections. This is the main header type to use when you want to indicate a major change in content.

Another common header. A bit less padding, as we're likely staying within a content category, and just need to add a bit of emphasis.
Header 4
You get the idea. Again, a bit less padding, we're not indicating a major change in flow here, just adding emphasis.
Header 5
At this point there's not much more to say. Just need to add some filler text to preview the styling in a realistic manner.

Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
